| In
May 1998, Patrice Amore Carington was one of the Featured
Speakers on the "Inner Voyage Cruise to Alaska" sponsored by the
New Age Journal and Inner Voyages. She spoke alongside world-renowned
Visionary Authors and Eco-Psychologist to deliver the themed keynote
"Oneness with Nature." Other speakers included personal growth experts
Joan Borysenko, PhD (author of Minding the
Body, Mending the Mind) and Alan Cohan (author of The Dragon Doesn't
Live Here Anymore and Contributor to Chicken Soup For The Soul).
More recently she delivered the Keynote for ITT Technical School's
Graduation. This humorous and inspirational program, entitled "Your
Future's So Bright I've Got to Wear Shades" was enthusiastically
received by an audience of over 1200 people.
Her most recent program "The time is NOW!"©, is an inspirational
program motivating people to hear their inner call, and to rise
to action to do their part in creating the World of Our Dreams —

Patrice
became Certified as a Personal Image Consultant in
1989. Since 1989 she has helped clients to create their best first
impression, and has done personal shopping and seminars on professional
image.
After interviewing over 3000 business owners and executives to update
their commercial credit report and to review their success strategies,
Patrice added business development consulting to
her offerings. Since 1992 she has served small
and medium sized businesses and has coached business owners and
managers in the following areas: business, leadership, sales, marketing,
finance and corporate image.
She also does personal success coaching in the
areas of effective communication, relationship skills and overcoming
emotional blocks to success. She supports clients in overcoming
fear of success (or failure) and clarifying how their personal past
affects their present. She assists them in changing thought patterns
and belief systems to propel them forward in creating more substantial
success and prosperity in their lives.
In 2003, she opened the national phone coaching division of her
business, and she added Spiritual Life Coaching
to her offerings. She assists her clients in creating more harmony,
clarity, and peace of mind. She provides emotional support to help
them hear and follow their “inner guidance”, and to transition into
their Highest Life Purpose and Deepest Dreams of Love©.
In 2006, Patrice became a Board Certified Hypnotherapist
(CHt) with advanced certifications in Self Worth, Stress Reduction,
Overcoming Fears & Phobias, and Emotional Intelligence. She is presently
working on her Board Certification in Medical Hypnotherapy (CMH).
She has also added a variety of energy
healing modalities to her offerings.

Patrice

In 2006, Patrice became a Board Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt)
. She holds four additional Certifications: Self Worth,
Overcoming Fears & Phobias, Stress Management, and Emotional
Intelligence.
She has received additional hypnotherapy training in Profit, Power
& Prosperity and is presently working toward an additional Board
Certification in Medical Hypnotherapy (CMH).
Between 1998 and 2007, she contracted as an international
speaker with one of the largest training companies
in the world, which is used by all of the Fortune 500 companies.
She conducted public and on-site seminars teaching
communication, image, teambuilding and diplomacy to audiences from
12 people to 1200.
In February
2000, she was selected as one of two trainers (out of a pool
of 400) to assist in the design and initial presentation
of a new Seminar on Diplomatic Communication.
Patrice
is Certified by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary
and Vocational Education (CERT 1999) to teach Business and
Business Communications. From 1998-2007 Patrice was an instructor for the Natural
Healing Institute in Encinitas, CA where she taught business,
sales, marketing, communication and image.
She has 28 years of Business and Leadership experience
from Entry level to Executive Management. Her experience ranges
from startup businesses to international corporations. The bulk
of her 28 years of experience is in Sales and
Marketing. In addition, she has worked in almost every functional
area of business.
From 1996-1998,
Patrice partnered with a retail store-owner to implement
her ideas in teambuilding, creating company culture, and sales training.
The results were phenomenal - the average sale increased
from $60 to $150 and the store's highest recorded sale increased
from $500 to $1,400 (to one client). The store enjoyed
the benefits of low turnover (in a high-turnover industry),
high employee morale, high team spirit, high
productivity and efficiency, low absenteeism, an extremely
harmonious (yet culturally diverse) environment and almost
nonexistent tardiness; This, in turn, reduced recruiting,
training and absenteeism-related expenses. Earth Connections
Environmental Store had such a positive reputation in the
community that there was a waiting list of at least 50 applicants
seeking employment.
In 1997, as part of the management team for Earth Connections, Patrice
received the "Environmental and Socially Responsible Business
Award" presented by Businesses for Social Responsibility.
After having interviewed over 3000 business owners and executives
as a Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, Patrice began
doing business development consulting. Since 1992, she has
served small and medium sized businesses and has coached managers
and executives in the following areas: business, leadership, sales,
marketing, financial and interpersonal success, and corporate image.
Throughout her career in Corporate America, she completed seven
intensive sales training programs and was an award-winning
salesperson for such companies as: Dun & Bradstreet, NutriSystem
Weight Loss Centers, Avon Products Inc and Road Runner Sports, Inc.
She has experience in sales, customer service and training for
one of the Leading Inbound Call Centers in the nation.
She became Certified as a Personal Image Consultant
in 1989.
Patrice
studied Business Management, Marketing, Psychology and Leadership
at the University of San Diego, CA. She graduated Summa Cum Laude
(highest honors) in 1989, was a member of two honor societies
and started three organizations on campus while working up
to 30 hours per week.
Patrice graduated Salutatorian (#2 out of 347 students) from
Herbert Hoover High School in Advanced Placement classes.
She started and ran her first business from the ages of 14-18 years.
That income together with scholarships, grants and work-study, financed
100% of her college education. |
